Employees were really helpful and amazingly attentive!

the room was new-fashioned and spotless with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. there was plenty of amazing meals.

the breakfast was really nice, had fresh pastries, cheeses, and delicious coffee! ☕

our stay in scicli was amazing, but this time at albergo diffuso it was even better. the renovated 19th century palazzo we stayed in was absolutely stunning, the most impressive place i've ever stayed. the rooms were beautiful, the facilities top-notch, and the customer service was excellent. highly recommend!

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel in a charming little town. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such amazing accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the stylish furnishings to the beautiful ensuite arab-style lemon-tree garden with its own fountain. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, offering a fantastic view. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service and making my stay even more enjoyable.

This place has been recently renovated and offers free Wi-Fi, which is awesome. the rooms are super clean, and the bed is really comfy 😊. You can enjoy a nice breakfast at the hotel's restaurant!

The hotel's location is convenient for anyone looking to explore downtown and the main tourist streets. the church featured in Montelbano is also nearby. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and offers many options. the buildings are renovated and decorated beautifully.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the options available, like the affordable 5 euro breakfast. The recommendations provided were spot on, and the map of things to do, see, and eat was so helpful. The locals were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We were lucky enough to stay in two properties, the first with a kitchen and a small garden - it was amazing. The extra night we added was a mind-blowing experience as we were moved to a room in a small palace with original features and stunning ceilings. The beds were super comfortable, and both properties were immaculate. The staff were fantastic and recommended some jaw-dropping restaurants. The location in the city center was perfect, and the overall experience was authentic and mind-blowing. Parking was available nearby, and the staff provided excellent directions. We were amazed when we were upgraded to an Executive room in a beautifully restored palazzo, complete with marble staircases and ceiling frescoes. The room and bathroom were spacious and equipped with all we needed. The palazzo was just a short walk from the main sites, and the buffet breakfast served there was excellent.

I stayed at a beautifully restored and refurbished Palazzo Favacchio, thanks to Albergo Diffuso. The Executive room was spacious and well-equipped, and the marble staircases and ceiling frescoes added a touch of elegance. The location was excellent, only a short walk away from the main sites in Via Francisco Mormina Penna. The buffet breakfast served in the palazzo was delicious, offering a variety of options.

The staff wasn't very helpful or attentive. Our requests for information about the area were met with shrugs and half-hearted suggestions.

We were warmly welcomed by Enzio, who walked us to our gorgeous room with French doors opening to a private balcony overlooking a lemon garden. The modern kitchen with a coffee machine was a plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast was extraordinary with local products and homemade jams. The owners greeted us every morning and were always available to help. The location was convenient, with easy parking and no traffic issues. Scicli is a special place with a vibrant arts scene. a fantastic stay.
